About the role
Ready to lead at a strategic level? We are seeking a passionate, purpose-driven Director to join our YMCA Windsor Outside School Hours Care service on a full-time basis.
As the Director, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight, ensuring high-quality programs, strong compliance and a safe, inclusive environment for children. You will lead the service through your leadership team while building strong partnerships with families, schools and the community.

What you’ll do
- Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of the service
- Act as Nominated Supervisor, ensuring compliance with National Law and Regulations
- Lead delivery of high-quality programs aligned with the National Quality Framework
- Oversee service performance, including financial sustainability and enrolments
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team
- Build strong relationships with families, schools and the community
- Drive continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)
What you'll bring
- Relevant tertiary qualification in ECEC, Teaching or Community Services
- Demonstrated leadership experience in OSHC or children’s services
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Regulations
- Experience managing service operations, teams and budgets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Current Blue Card, First Aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- A strong commitment to child safety and inclusion
