Gymnastics Coach | YMCA Victoria Point

YMCA Victoria Point are seeking a qualified and experienced MAG Instructor to join our team and deliver both our competitive boys' MAG program and recreational boys' gymnastics program 

About the role

What will my time look like?

• Timely set-up of gymnastics equipment and commencement of the class
• Check that all activities have adequate matting which is correctly/safely set out
• Ensure all rolls are marked and accounts, notices and newsletters are given out accordingly
• Ensure that if an accident happens all safety procedures are adhered to, and an accident report form filled out
• Complete administration duties, as required

Am I a good match?

• Qualified in Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG)
• Experience coaching boys in recreational and/or competitive gymnastics
• Passionate about developing young athletes and helping them reach their potential
• Ability to deliver engaging, progressive and age-appropriate sessions
• Current Senior First Aid & CPR, or willingness to obtain
• Current National Police Check within 6 months, willingness to obtain 
• Current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain
