Our YMCA Gold Coast Zone play, connect and learn on Yugambeh land and we are very proud to be a part of 5 different schools based on the Gold Coast. Our team of Educators on a casual basis work between all 5 schools and are highly valued members of our YMCA Northern Gold Coast Zone.

What do we require of our Superstar Educators?


  • An Early Childhood recognised Cert III, Diploma or Bachelor Degree
  • A Driver’s License & Your Own Transport – so you have the ability to travel to our 12 services
  • Availability to work BSC Hours (6am – 9am) and ASC Hours (1:30pm- 6pm)
  • Availability to work up to 8 hour shifts over the school holidays
