We're looking for a highly organised OSHC Administrator to join our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) team. If you're someone who enjoys variety, loves keeping things running smoothly and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support, we'd love to hear from you.

Working alongside our OSHC leadership team, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of services across Queensland, ensuring our teams have the administrative support they need to deliver high-quality care to children.

About the Role

This is a varied administration role where no two days are the same.

You'll provide high-quality administrative and customer support across a range of functions, including:

  • Providing administrative support to the OSHC leadership team
  • Maintaining employee records, compliance documentation and databases
  • Preparing reports, correspondence and business documentation
  • Supporting staff onboarding and qualification management
  • Assisting with compliance, audits and record management
  • Responding to enquiries from staff, families and stakeholders
  • Supporting meetings, events and general office administration
  • Working collaboratively with Coordinators and Managers to support our OSHC services

 

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy staying organised, working in a fast-paced environment and building positive relationships with people across the business.

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Previous experience in an administration or business support role
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High-level customer service skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • The ability to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadlines
  • A proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach

Experience within education, childcare or a not-for-profit organisation will be highly regarded but isn't essential.

 

What You'll Need

  • A current Blue Card (or the ability to obtain one)
  • Willingness to complete a National Police Check
  • A commitment to safeguarding children and maintaining confidentiality
