ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently seeking a driven and detail-focused OSHC Administrator to join our team in Stafford on a casual basis.

In this essential role, you’ll provide day-to-day administrative support to our network of OSHC services  ensuring compliance, efficiency, and smooth operations that help our educators focus on what they do best: delivering exceptional care to children.

From supporting compliance training and maintaining internal systems, to assisting other areas within our Children’s Services team.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain currency and ensure accessibility of all Children’s Services policies to employees and key stakeholders.
  • Handle general admin duties including filing, data entry, and archiving — always maintaining confidentiality and compliance
  • Manage reception and phone duties with professionalism
  • Promote a safe and organised work environment with both customers and employees
  • Support the delivery of high-quality services by ensuring admin systems are accurate and up to date
  • Comply with all Policies and Procedures

 

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Previous Administration experience in a similar setting
  • Possess, or be willing to obtain, a positive notice Blue Card
  • Ability to perform a range of administrative duties with the ability to prioritise work and meet set deadlines
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • A positive and open-minded attitude, with the willingness to learn and grown in a busy and fast-paced environment
  • Experience in children’s services and/or a not-for-profit environment would be advantageous
  • Knowledge of and compliance with National Quality Framework would be an advantage
