Housing Coordinator

The Housing Co Ordinator is responsible for the day to day operational coordination of YMCA Community Housing, including tenancy management, tenant engagement, property and asset coordination, compliance, reporting, financial administration and support for sustainable tenancies. The role provides practical leadership to the housing team and works closely with the Regional Lead and General Manager to ensure housing services are delivered safely, consistently and in line with organisational policy, legislative requirements, funding obligations and the values of the Y Coordinator

This role is focused on day-to-day operational coordination and practical management of YMCA Community Housing. Strategic planning, sector representation, growth initiatives, complex governance matters and major budget decisions are undertaken with direction and support from the Regional Lead and General Manager.
