Y Schools Queensland are recruiting a Campus Support Administrator on a 12-month Full-Time, Fixed Term contract basis to join our team.

 

As a Campus Support Administrator, you will provide highquality reception, administrative, financial and secretarial support, across designated Y Schools Queensland campuses. This is a multicampus role, with regular travel required to support operational needs. You will work closely with school leadership and support staff, taking daytoday direction from the Head of School/Campus, with functional guidance and support from the Business Services Regional Team Lead, under the strategic oversight of the Business Services Manager.

 

What will my time look like?

  • Deliver professional frontofhouse reception services, managing enquiries, appointments, correspondence, and records
  • Maintain accurate, secure student, visitor, and school records in line with legislative and organisational requirements
  • Ensure reception areas are welcoming, wellpresented, and managed in line with safeguarding and security procedures
  • Support campus financial administration including accounts payable, receipting, banking, invoicing, reconciliations, and credit card management
  • Provide responsive, respectful, and professional service to parents/carers, students, staff, and community stakeholders
  • Assist with managing customer feedback, concerns, and complaints, ensuring timely resolution or escalation

 

Am I a good match?

 

  • Hold a Certificate III in Business or similar field and/or equivalent experience in a similar role. 
  • Hold a Positive Notice Blue Card, or be willing to obtain  
  • First Aid and CPR qualification or willingness to obtain.
  • Hold a Valid National Police Check within the last 6 months, or willingness to obtain
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative and reception support roles
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
