Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People & Culture team on a full time basis. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will provide administrative support to seamlessly progress candidates through the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with hiring managers to progress candidates through the recruitment process
- Communicate with candidates to ensure all required pre-employment documentation and successful references are received
- Prepare and issue employment contracts and related documents
- Maintain accurate records in the recruitment system and tracker;
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics
- Provide support as requested and appropriate in relation to document control
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience
Am I a good match?
- Completed (or studying) a Diploma or higher qualification in Business or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience working as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or similar role, ideally in a high-volume recruitment environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers and team members.
- Process-orientated approach with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Experience with SAP Success Factors or other recruitment platforms is highly regarded
- An understanding of the importance of compliance with policy and legislation
- Experience in children’s services and/or a not-for-profit environment is advantageous
- Current (or willingness to obtain) Blue Card
