We’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Coordinator who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and play a crucial role in bringing caring, skilled people into our vibrant community in this fixed term, 12-month opportunity.

You’ll work alongside our recruitment team, helping create a smooth and positive journey for every candidate. This is your chance to contribute to something bigger, supporting roles that shape futures in childcare, education, and community services. With our flexible working arrangements, you’ll also be able to work from home 2 days a week.

If you love building relationships, are organised to a tee, and want to make a difference through your work, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the friendly face and trusted guide for candidates and hiring managers throughout a high volume recruitment process
  • Ensure every step—from applications and interviews to contracts and onboarding—is seamless and welcoming
  • Keep our recruitment data accurate and insightful, helping shape how we find the best people
  • Support improvements that make recruitment easier, faster, and more inclusive
  • Help spread the word about the great work we do, attracting diverse talent who want to join our mission
  • Champion our values of respect, collaboration, and care in every interaction

What You Bring

  • A sharp eye for detail and love for keeping things organised
  • Genuine passion for helping others and building strong teams that care
  • Exceptional communication skills—you make connections and put people at ease
  • At least 1 year in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in fast-paced, community-focused settings
  • A Diploma or higher qualification in HR, Business, Psychology or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience with recruitment platforms like SAP SuccessFactors is a bonus
  • Commitment to child safety standards, with Blue Card or willingness to get one

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Join a team that values your ideas, your growth, and your wellbeing
  • Work with purpose every day, knowing your role helps change lives
  • Enjoy great benefits like free gym access, generous discounts on Y services and Not For Profit salary packaging benefits – pay up to $18,550 less tax per year, meaning more money for you
  • Flexible work arrangements including 2 days a week working from home to support your work-life balance
  • Be part of a diverse, inclusive, and welcoming workplace where everyone belongs
