The YMCA Administration Office offers support to the various services and centres of YMCA Brisbane and Y-Care (YMCA Social Impact).


Due to the expansion of our Human resource Information Systems team we are now seeking a HRIS Administrator on a Full-Time basis for a 12 month period.


Reporting to the HRIS Lead, the HRIS Administrator will be responsible for maintaining all human resource technology facilitating workforce management at the YMCA, including all HR, Payroll and Time and Attendance software.


As a HRIS Administrator your responsibilities will include:


  • Oversight of all daily operations across our HR, Payroll and Time and Attendance software
  • Both general and high level administration of system elements, records, workflows and integrations
  • Design and delivery of key HCM reporting across the HRIS suite
  • Collaboration with the HR team to facilitate existing projects
  • Working with external consultants and the HRIS Lead to contribute to the further development of system modules for recruitment, onboarding, learning and performance appraisal
  • Provision of high level trouble shooting for end user system queries


As a successful applicant for the HRIS Administrator position you must have:


  • 3 – 5 experience in Human Resource Technology administration
  • Excellent communication skill - both verbal and written
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
  • Moderate data processing and reporting skills within Microsoft Excel
  • The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively as required
  • Completion of YMCA’s Safeguarding Children Training Certificate and complete annual refresher training (Completed on hire)
  • National Police Check and International Police Check (if required)
