The George Williams Hotel is recruiting dynamic Room Attendants on a Casual basis to join our team located in Brisbane CBD.

 

About the role

 

The role of a Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and daily servicing of guest rooms and common areas of the George Williams Hotel.

 

What will my time look like?

 

  • Maintaining a high level of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the facility
  • Good understanding of security measures and procedures
  • Undertaking daily cleaning, replenishing and servicing of guest rooms and common areas
  • Ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
  • Identify and report all hazards or maintenance issues in guest rooms and common areas
  • Maintain a high level of customer service
  • Support in-house laundry requirements as needed

 

Am I a good match?

 

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
  • Understanding of manual handling and chemical handling practices
  • Capable of operating effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Proven commitment to delivering and improving the customer service experience
  • Willing and able to work flexible hours as determined by business requirements
  • Paid Blue Card, or willingness to obtain
